Bjel Isshu
Bjel is a Veena Viera who left the Shroud seeking to fulfill her duty to protect the woods in a non-traditional way. From a young age she had a strong connection with the Mist, this troubled her. In order to hone her skills and learn to control herself upon being exposed to vast concentrations of the mist she ventured out of the woods.
The closest city-state to her home was Gridania, thus she set course to the settlement. Upon arrival, she was welcomed as a new adventurer and got to meet some friendly people at the town. Bjel did some work as a dancer, singer, and as a restoration worker. There was always a job available for those who look for it and she knew she didn’t have the luxury of being too picky. Even though she was surrounded by the Shroud, the Viera missed the woods. To alleviate her nostalgia, she enrolled in the Conjurer’s Guild, a great opportunity to learn to shape the Mist to heal others.
As her connection with the elements deepened, her ability to channel the Mist improved. After providing Gridania with all the aid she could, Bjel departed towards other city-states. La Noscea was a region that interested her a lot. After arriving at Limsa Lominsa she went on a tour to the ocean. She had never seen the ocean nor the sea before, which she found beautiful.
Bjel continued to journey Eorzea singing, dancing, and aiding people to the best of her ability. And she continues to do so, her quest to control her Aether might even take her to distant worlds.
